Gamma Pi of Delta Tau Delta, Inc owns and leases the Shelter to Gamma Pi Chapter.  It is generally known as the Gamma Pi House Corporation, and operates with a Board of Directors.  Its principal officers, and contact information are:

Gamma Pi of Delta Tau Delta Inc. (House Corporation) is qualified as a 501(c)7 organization. Gifts of any kind or cash can not be qualified as charitable.


The Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation of Gamma Pi Chapter is a qualified 501(c)3 organization and inquires about tax deductible gifting can be directed to Charles Safris, a board member of the Educational Foundation.  The DTD Ed Foundation is capable of receiving gifts of appreciated stock.  The President of the DTD Ed Foundation is Ben Freese and the organization operates with a Board of Directors.
